Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with functional leads, architects, developers, and offshore QA teams to design, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans.
- Validate omnichannel capabilities such as BOPIS, SFS, OIS, and marketplace order fulfillment.
- Design and execute test scenarios for OMS configurations, pipelines, agents, services, and COM UI customizations.
- Validate integration flows with ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP), eCommerce, marketplaces (Amazon), and WMS.
- Perform functional, system, regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Utilize test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) and automation frameworks.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 12+ years in IT or Supply Chain domain with 7+ years in IBM Sterling OMS (on-premises).
- OMS Functional Expertise with strong knowledge of order lifecycle management, distributed order management (DOM), inventory visibility, sourcing rules, fulfillment execution, returns management.
- Strong integration testing skills with ERP/CRM platforms.
