Summary: The role of EDI IBM Sterling Integrator Developer involves leading the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator. The developer will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator.
- Develop, maintain, support, and monitor IBM Sterling Commerce applications and various modules/pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and system performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EDI developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize business processes (BPML) and adapters within Sterling Integrator.
- Develop maps in formats like ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT, CSV, Flat files, JSON.
- Understand and implement communication protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, VAN.
- Apply proficiency in DB2+SQL, XML, XSLT, Web services, APIs.
- Engage in Agile Development practices, including backlog refinements and sprint planning.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be a self-starter and independent learner.
