Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement IBM ODM rule-based applications.
- Develop and manage business rules, decision tables, and rule flows using Decision Center and Rule Execution Server.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into ODM solutions.
- Integrate ODM with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of rule applications.
- Provide support for production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Stay current with ODM enhancements and recommend improvements to business rule management processes.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-6+ years of experience in IBM ODM development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Decision Center, Decision Server, and Rule Designer.
- Hands-on experience with business rule management, decision automation, and event processing.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP Web Services, and database integration (SQL/DB2/Oracle).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- IBM ODM certification (preferred).
