Summary: The IBM FileNet Developer role requires an experienced professional with expertise in FileNet P8 platform development, workflow design, and enterprise content management (ECM). The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting FileNet-based solutions integrated with enterprise systems. This position is fully remote and focuses on hands-on development and administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ECM and FileNet technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain FileNet P8 applications using best practices
  • Develop and customize FileNet workflows using Process Designer
  • Build Java-based custom integrations using FileNet APIs (CPE, PE)
  • Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) using plugins, widgets, and Dojo
  • Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and workflow-driven database logic
  • Perform FileNet administration including object stores, security, and access controls
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD deployment activities
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams
