IBM ELM Application Administrator

Summary: We are looking for an experienced IBM ELM Application Administrator to provide technical and administrative support for the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management platform, including EWM, ETM, DNG, and JRS tools. The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders. This role is remote and requires extensive experience in managing IBM ELM applications. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and technical support for IBM ELM applications (EWM, ETM, DNG, JRS).
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve application usage.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-site teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Manage and support IBM ELM tools efficiently.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM ELM applications (EWM, ETM, DNG, JRS).
• Specific experience supporting ELM DNG Requirements Management is a plus.
