Job Description
The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT) partnering with the MN Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) Unemployment Insurance (UI) unit utilizes a range of IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products including WebSphere, FileNet CPE, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), Datacap and other IBM Infrastructure products.
Our current MNIT DEED staff requires vendor support to ensure the IBM applications in use by UI are maintained, upgraded and supported, to keep their business systems running and up to date.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- 5 years demonstrated expertise in IBM ECM and FileNet technologies.
- 5 years’ experience coordinating with IBM support on behalf of customers.
- 5 years’ experience and knowledge of IBM applications, including support for
- WebSphere v9.0.5.22
- FileNet CPE 5.5.8 w/ IF006
- ICN 3.0.11 w/ IF016
- Datacap 9.1.9 w/ IF002
- 5 years’ experience performing application and server upgrades for IBM applications.
- 5 years’ of experience performing on-call support for IBM applications and or government entities
- 5 years’ experience performing technical and security reviews of IBM applications.
Certifications related to area(s) of responsibilities such as:
- IBM
- Websphere
- FileNet
- ICN
- DataCap
