Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, testing, and debugging code to support a record and information management system.

- Coordinating with IT staff (state and contractors) to implement requirements.
- Migrating documents and records from a legacy content manager solution to a new electronic document management solution.
Key Skills:

- IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager experience (desirable).

- Experience analyzing data to improve records management processes and systems (desirable).
- Ability to provide ongoing application, infrastructure, and technical support for business continuity (desirable).
- Experience with planning upgrades and patches, and overseeing testing environments (desirable).
- Experience supporting the Department of Public Safety's Kofax and content management solution (desirable).
