IBM BAW Case Manager

Summary: The role of IBM BAW Case Manager involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager to meet business and technical requirements. The position requires strong experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance. The candidate should have extensive experience in FileNet architecture and development, as well as proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies. This is a remote position for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager Solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Configure and maintain IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager Environments, including Content Engine, Process Engine, and Navigator.
• Develop custom FileNet and BAW Case Manager Workflows, document classes, and security models using FileNet APIs. Code Module
• Develop API and batch jobs using JAVA /J2EE technologies and FileNet API's
• Perform system administration tasks such as installation, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of FileNet, BAW Case Manager Systems.
• Perform system administration & Development tasks for IBM Datacap
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to and BAW Case Manager Applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• BAW Case Manager & FileNet P8 Migration activities
• IBM Datacap 9.1 Migration activities
• Strong experience of IBM FileNet P8 architecture and components.
• Strong experience in BAW Case Manager development and administration including Case Manager Plug-Ins and DOJO Case Widget plug-in development.
• Experience with FileNet APIs, including Content Engine (CE) and Process Engine (PE) APIs including Workflow, Code Module
• Having Experience with DataCap 9 and development and administration.
• Experience managing, installing, upgrading FileNet and BAW Case Solution in an on prem environment

Key Skills:

• Experience with FileNet Image Service
• Experience with WebSphere Application Server
• Knowledge with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE development.
• Experience with Linux /Windows Script development.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Specialist - FileNet P8) are a plus.
