Summary: The IBM BAW Case Manager/FileNet Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager solutions tailored to meet specific business and technical requirements. The role involves system administration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance. Additionally, the developer will engage in migration activities and maintain environments related to IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager. Strong experience with FileNet architecture and APIs is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager Solutions.
  • Configure and maintain IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager Environments.
  • Develop custom FileNet and BAW Case Manager Workflows, document classes, and security models.
  • Develop API and batch jobs using JAVA /J2EE technologies and FileNet APIs.
  • Perform system administration tasks such as installation, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BAW Case Manager Applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Engage in BAW Case Manager & FileNet P8 Migration activities.
  • Manage, install, and upgrade FileNet and BAW Case Solutions in an on-prem environment.

Strong experience in BAW Case Manager development and administration including Case Manager Plug-Ins and DOJO Case Widget plug-in development.

Experience with FileNet APIs, including Content Engine (CE) and Process Engine (PE) APIs including Workflow , Code Module

Having Experience withDataCap9 and development and administration.

Experience managing, installing, upgrading FileNet and BAW Case Solution in an on prem environment
Preferred Skills:

Experience with FileNet Image Service

Experience with WebSphere Application Server

Knowledge with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL.

Proficiency in Java and J2EE development.
