Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Perform break-fix activities related to IAM policies, entitlements, and integrations.
- Monitor and manage user access, lifecycle management, and compliance reporting.
- Interface with internal stakeholders to resolve identity-related issues and implement best practices.
- Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and integration updates.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams as needed for escalations or cross-functional support.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Proven track record in IAM operations, including user provisioning, access reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with identity governance, RBAC, and compliance workflows.

We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst/Engineer with a strong background in SailPoint IdentityNow to support the ongoing identity access management initiatives for our client, API Group. This role is more break-fix/support-oriented than engineering, but still requires solid technical capabilities to troubleshoot and maintain IAM systems effectively.
