Summary: The IAM Consultant role involves designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management solutions with a focus on security controls and access governance. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM solutions using OKTA, Saviynt, Ping, AD, and CyberArk to secure identity and access across the organization.
• Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access recertification.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations by enforcing access controls and governance.
• Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party services.
• Perform user authentication and authorization reviews, including role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with security teams to enhance IAM policies, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with IAM audits and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in IAM solutions.
• Expertise in OKTA, Saviynt, Ping, Active Directory (AD), and CyberArk.
• Experience with SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and federation protocols.
• Strong knowledge of IAM architecture, policies, and standards.
• Proficiency in identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Familiarity with IAM integrations with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
