Key Responsibilities

Access Lifecycle Management: Execute user provisioning and de-provisioning across systems during the joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle (e.g., new store openings, employee transfers, and offboarding).

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Develop, analyze, and maintain role definitions tailored to specific job functions within a fast-paced retail and corporate environment.

Access Governance & Auditing: Schedule, conduct, and document periodic User Access Reviews (UARs) to ensure compliance with privacy and financial regulations (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS).
