IAM Architect

Summary: The IAM Architect role involves designing and overseeing enterprise identity and access management architecture to ensure secure and compliant access across systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage IAM architecture, including role-based access control and authentication systems.
• Translate business objectives into IAM technology standards, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Deliver architecture artefacts (blueprints, policies, standards) and guide solution architects on product-level designs.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security leaders, and business stakeholders to define long-term IAM strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and other security frameworks.
• Drive governance and architecture delivery across IAM capabilities and cross-functional integrations.
