Summary: The IAM Analyst role focuses on supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance, access certification, and transformation initiatives. The position involves analyzing and improving IAM processes while liaising between business and technical stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk management. The analyst will lead IAM governance and audit processes, conduct reviews of access, and translate business needs into IAM capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support IAM governance, access certifications, and audit processes across business and technical stakeholders
  • Ensure IAM controls adhere to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct proactive reviews of user and privileged access, identifying and remediating risks
  • Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements across IAM domains (Access Certification, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management)
  • Support and guide stakeholders in evaluating and updating access controls
  • Perform quality assurance on access certification campaigns and conduct gap analysis
  • Translate business and operational needs into IAM capabilities and transformation initiatives
  • Analyze application integrations, workflows, and processes to improve IAM operations and performance
  • Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis, KPIs, and trend analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process, data, and technology enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Bank Secrecy Act requirements

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT environments, including Identity & Access Management (IAM)
