Hyperspace Deployment Administrator

Responsibilities

• Package and deploy Epic Hyperspace/Hyperdrive clients; keep client and server versions aligned; troubleshoot launch, printing, and performance issues; and validate deployments during Epic upgrade cycles.
• Installs, configures, deploys, monitors, and maintains Epic Hyperspace client applications as part of client systems administration.
• This role is needed to provide consistent, reliable, and supportable end-user access.
• Without dedicated ownership, client versions may drift from the server, upgrades may miss Epic timelines, and manual deployments may increase outage risk.

Required Skills

• Hands-on Epic Hyperspace/Hyperdrive deployment experience, Citrix or VDI expertise, Windows client packaging, SCCM or Intune, and strong release/change-management skills.
• Epic HDA certification—or the ability to obtain it—is preferred.
