Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Hyperscience Developers both onshore and offshore as capabilities grow.
- Work in an agile environment as part of a multi-functional team on various initiatives.
- Analyse, manage, and fix defects.
- Provide specialist advice on design methods and practices, identifying factors affecting objectives.
- Participate in development estimation activities for new workflow opportunities.
- Engage in sprint-related activities as part of a scrum team.

Job Description:
- Overall IT experience of 5 years in related technologies such as Hyperscience, ABBYY etc
- Hands-on experience with model training and other techniques to refine Hyperscience s document processing functionality
- Analyse, design, test, and evaluate systems integrating Hyperscience, upstream and downstream systems, integration with APIs
- Strong analytical skills knowledge of modern ML/DL technologies
- Strong experience with Python scripting
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Good in handling Integration with 3rd party systems
- Be able to leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalisation, business intelligence, and application integration
- Be fully versant in agile delivery, with the ability to guide and mentor clients who are not familiar with agile delivery best practices, also with experience in Devops, Hyperscience application releases
