Summary: The role of Hyper Automation and AI Automation Process Specialist involves conducting process discovery and feasibility assessments to identify automation opportunities within Tax, Advisory, and Corporate functions. The specialist will design and implement RPA workflows and GenAI-enhanced components, ensuring alignment with technical standards. This position is fully remote and requires collaboration with business SMEs to deliver production-ready automation solutions. The contract duration is for 3 months, based in Chicago, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process discovery and feasibility assessments with business SMEs.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows and Agents using Automation Anywhere.
- Build and deploy GenAI-enhanced components using Azure OpenAI and related APIs.
- Create reusable prompt libraries, action blocks, and modular design patterns.
- Support the end-to-end automation lifecycle including solution design and deployment.
- Integrate automation flows with structured and unstructured data sources.
- Document process definitions, technical designs, and support playbooks.
- Monitor deployed automations and recommend enhancements for performance.
- Deliver production-ready automation workflows and full documentation.
Key Skills:
- Experience with RPA tools, preferably Automation Anywhere (A360).
- Knowledge of GenAI tools and Azure OpenAI APIs.
- Strong understanding of process automation and lifecycle management.
- Ability to document technical designs and process definitions.
- Familiarity with OCR, NLP, and cognitive automation components.
- Collaboration skills to work with business SMEs.

Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows, Agents using Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred),copilots/GenAI tools ensuring alignment with technical and process standards.
Build and deploy GenAI-enhanced components (e.g., intelligent summarization, data extraction, classification), Agents using Azure OpenAI and related APIs.
Create reusable prompt libraries, action blocks, connectors, and modular design patterns for scalable and maintainable automation.
Support end-to-end automation lifecycle: solution design, development, unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and transition to operations.
Integrate automation flows with structured and unstructured data sources, leveraging OCR, NLP, and cognitive automation components as needed.
Document process definitions, technical designs, exception handling logic, and support playbooks.
Monitor deployed automations, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend enhancements for resiliency and performance.
Key Deliverable: Deliver production-ready automation workflows and GenAI-based use cases, along with full documentation, test cases, and operational support material.
