HR Manager Initially 6-month FTC Ideally immediate start Location: Remote with some possible travel to London/ Manchester Salary: negotiable dependent on experience T2M Resourcing are working with a growing and ambitious start-up business to appoint a HR Manager initially for a 6-month temporary period. We are ideally seeking a candidate who is able to start quickly. Working for this business transformation start-up company with employees located in the UK and India and Contractors located across Europe, in this standalone HR Manager role you will undertake a generalist HR role to support the business as they grow the team and the business significantly! Key responsibilities will include:Manage and scale day-to-day HR, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, policies, processes, employee records and employee lifecycle management.Developing HR policies and processes Lead end to end recruitment as the business grows Managing the onboarding, probation process, performance management Overseeing compensations & benefits The provision of generalist HR advice on all HR mattersBusiness partner with the Senior leadership team To be successful as HR Manager you will demonstrate the following requirements.Proven HR generalist experience ideally with a start-up business Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environmentStrong business acumen with a commercial mindset able to understand business needs and priorities A self-starter, ability to work independently and collaborativelyHappy to be hands on with a can-do attitude.CIPD qualification is an advantage but not essential If you are keen gain experience in this exciting start-up business which is sure to keep you challenged, please send your CV detailing current package and availability to start a new role.
