Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality HR scenario-based prompts to train AI systems

Key Skills:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources or People Operations
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
- Must be able to complete a 25-minute screen-sharing task as part of the interview
- Desktop or laptop required (mobile applications not supported)

About the Role

In this role, you’ll help train large language models (LLMs) by writing, reviewing, and validating HR-focused prompts and evaluating AI-generated responses. Your expertise will directly contribute to the development of AI tools that better understand real-world HR operations, compliance, and employee support practices.
