Human Resources Consultant

Summary: The HR Consultant role at PE Global involves managing employee relations cases for a leading multinational Consumer Goods client, with responsibilities spanning disciplinary investigations, grievance handling, and absence management. The position can be performed remotely within the UK or from specific locations in Flint or Barrow. Candidates should possess significant experience in employee relations and be willing to engage directly with leaders in casework. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is required, with FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations cases across manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Conduct disciplinary investigations and hearings.
• Manage grievance investigations.
• Oversee long-term sickness absence management.
• Implement capability management processes.
• Write case reports and comprehensive outcome letters.
• Coach leaders through employee relations casework.
• Expand knowledge in employee relations.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in employee relations.
• Experience in case report writing and outcome letter preparation.
• Ability to coach leaders through ER casework.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
