Summary: The role of People Change Partner is a full-time position within a public sector organization, focused on delivering organizational change management over a 24-month fixed-term contract. The position requires remote work with regional travel across Hampshire, Wiltshire, and Dorset, and involves supporting restructures and TUPE transfers. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and compliance during change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering end to end support for change management activities, including departmental restructures and TUPE transfers.
- Collaborating with Strategic Business Partners, internal communications, and L&D teams to facilitate effective communication and training during change initiatives.
- Providing expert guidance on employment law and managing organizational change cases while minimizing business risks.
- Ensuring compliance of consultation documentation and supporting leaders in managing change processes.
- Driving engagement and cultural development through impactful communication strategies.
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 7 / HR Management Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Workplace Mediation (ACAS or equivalent) and/or Restorative Practice.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practices.
- Ability to manage HR administration as required.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
