HubSpot Automation Specialist. Remote working. 50-60k. 6 month contract. (Can be PT if preferred). This internationally operating business imports the finest, sustainably sourced Seafood in the world from exclusive fisheries and communities and supplies Europe’s very top Michelin-starred chefs and famous restaurants. They are the first B Corp certified company in their sector. They import into Europe and sell at wholesaler and retailer level and work closely with the chefs and restaurants to drive the demand. Still a small, but very much growing company with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Sales Order Service and Logistics based across the UK, Holland, Germany and Italy. They are looking for a HubSpot Automation Specialist with extensive customer service background to transform the customer service function with automated AI drive responses. The aim is to automate well over 50%+ of inbound queries in the first phase of the project at the same time giving customers an even better experience thanks to new technologies. The HubSpot Automation Specialist will identify, design, technically implement and lead adoption. This includes: Identify what to automate – analyse customer and supplier queries, isolate the small number of request types driving the majority of volume, and prioritise only those with clear automation potential. Design a simple, workable system – define what gets automated immediately vs what stays manual, and map this into HubSpot workflows, chat/email automation and a lean knowledge base. Build and deploy fast – configure HubSpot (tickets, routing, workflows) and implement AI-driven responses for order status, invoices, FAQs and supplier queries, all connected to real operational data. Create self-service where it matters – develop a usable knowledge base and introduce basic supplier self-service to reduce inbound volume. Drive adoption across the team – redesign processes, remove manual workarounds and ensure automation is actually used in day-to-day operations. Track performance and improve quickly – monitor automation rates, response times and failure cases, fix weak points, and document systems for internal handover.
