Summary: The HRSD ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of the HR Service Desk (HRSD) while fulfilling a dual role as a Business Analyst. This position involves QA testing, project management, and collaboration with developers to ensure software quality and timely releases. The consultant will also lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the configuration of the Knowledge Base for HRSD. Strong experience with ServiceNow is essential for success in this role.
