Summary: The HR Technology Project Manager will oversee HR technology projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery while managing cross-functional teams. This role requires collaboration with various departments to align technology solutions with organizational needs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in HR technology and project management. This position is fully remote and open to candidates in the UK, France, Belgium, or Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR technology projects from initiation through completion, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, technology resources, and schedules for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements and define project goals.
- Facilitate communication and manage expectations among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the implementation of HR systems and tools, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Develop and execute change management strategies for smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and consultants to meet project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Provide administrative support related to the overall management of the program.
- Prepare project status reports and ensure project quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in project management with a focus on HR technology.
- Proven experience in managing HR technology implementations.
- Payroll project implementation experience is a plus.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
