Summary: The HR Test Specialist role focuses on ensuring the quality and functionality of HR applications through structured testing processes within the retail sector. The position involves executing test cases, collaborating with development teams, and enhancing testing standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR systems and testing, with a strong affinity for HR technology. This is a temporary position with a duration of 5 months, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting testing of HR systems to identify defects and areas for improvement
- Writing and executing test cases based on business requirements and specifications
- Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Documenting and reporting bugs and errors
- Assisting in the development of test automation
- Enhancing the standard (test) approach across the HRIS landscape
Key Skills:
- Background within HR systems, testing, or a similar role
- 1-3 years of work experience, ideally in HR systems or software testing
- Affinity with HR technology (e.g., SuccessFactors, Kronos, SAP HCM, EC Payroll)
- Experience with TesterSuite or other test software is a plus
- Structured and organized working style
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English

For one of our clients active within the retail sector, we are currently looking for an HR Test Specialist focusing on HR system testing and quality assurance.
As the HR Test Specialist, you will support the team in ensuring the quality and functionality of HR applications by executing structured testing processes and contributing to the development of a standardized testing approach.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Conducting testing of HR systems to identify defects and areas for improvement
- Writing and executing test cases based on business requirements and specifications
- Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Documenting and reporting bugs and errors
- Assisting in the development of test automation
- Enhancing the standard (test) approach across the HRIS landscape
Profile:
- Background within HR systems, testing, or a similar role
- 1-3 years of work experience, ideally in HR systems or software testing
