Role Need:

The company recently completed an integration, and the benefits and HRIS systems have been somewhat disorganized. A broker has provided short-term support to help establish a clean source of truth, and that work is nearing completion.
Next Phase:
Once the foundational cleanup is done, the team would like to bring in part-time HRIS support to manage day-to-day operations and help measure and optimize capacity.
