Summary: The HRIS Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert, collaborating with HR stakeholders on various Workday modules including HCM, Performance, and Payroll. This role is crucial within the HR Service Delivery team, focusing on governance processes and requirement documentation. The position is remote and emphasizes a consultative approach to HRIS solutions. The analyst will work closely with senior analysts, team leaders, and managers to enhance HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with HR stakeholders on Workday modules including HCM, Performance, Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
- Uphold governance processes within the HR Service Delivery team.
- Identify and document requirements for HRIS solutions.
- Architect solutions to meet HR needs.
- Collaborate with senior analysts, team leaders, and managers.
