Summary: The HRIS Manager Workday HCM (UKG Migration Lead) is responsible for overseeing the Workday system within an organization, particularly during the migration from UKG to Workday. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Workday system administration and configuration
- Lead HRIS transformations and system migrations, specifically from UKG to Workday
- Manage and mentor team members, ensuring effective people management
- Support Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent
- Develop and maintain Workday reporting and analytics
- Implement and manage Workday integrations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards

- Lead Workday implementation and post-go-live optimization efforts
Key Skills:
