Summary: The HRIS Data Entry Specialist is responsible for managing various HR processes, including creating positions, handling contingent worker contracts, and overseeing business process approvals. The role requires knowledge of organizational structures and recruiting processes to resolve reported issues effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Job Change template corrections
- Create positions for contingent workers
- Manage delegations and business process/transaction approvals
- Handle corrections and re-routing approvals
- Maintain knowledge of Sup Orgs and locations
- Assign roles, move workers, and change organizational assignments
- Manage org charts and hierarchy
- Review reported issues and work towards resolution
- Address recruiting knowledge related to job requisition posting issues, position issues, and approval issues
