  • Create positions for contingent workers
  • Manage delegations and business process/transaction approvals
  • Handle corrections and re-routing approvals
  • Maintain knowledge of Sup Orgs and locations
  • Assign roles, move workers, and change organizational assignments
  • Manage org charts and hierarchy
  • Review reported issues and work towards resolution
  • Address recruiting knowledge related to job requisition posting issues, position issues, and approval issues
