Summary: The HRIS Consultant role involves leading the implementation and configuration of the ADP Lyric HCM solution, focusing on data migration, integration, and process redesign. The position requires extensive experience with HCM systems and strong communication skills to drive organizational adoption of new technologies. The consultant will also manage testing cycles and develop training materials to ensure successful deployment. This role is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the ADP Lyric HCM solution.
- Build and validate integrations between ADP Lyric and the internal environment.
- Oversee and execute historical data migration and reconciliation.
- Develop and manage test plans, UAT scenarios, and regression testing.
- Build and optimize reports and dashboards within ADP Lyric for the business.
- Redesign existing HR processes to leverage new HCM capabilities.
- Create and deploy training materials and drive organizational adoption.
Key Skills:
- 7 or more years of experience in implementing HCM systems, preferably ADP platforms.
- Proficiency in ADP Lyric configuration across HR Core, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules.
- Experience in data migration, enterprise integrations, and data integrity.
- Experience with redesigning HR processes to align with modern HCM best practices.
- Experience in managing testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and system issue resolution.
- Experience with decommissioning legacy HR systems, such as Kronos.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
