HRIS Analyst, Remote - 69469

We have an immediate need for an experienced HRIS Analyst with expertise in Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, HR application support, release and change management, vendor coordination, and NERC compliance.

Utility industry experience is preferred.

This is a remote position for a candidate with strong experience in Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, HRIT operations, release management, production support, incident and problem management, change management, vendor management, audit and compliance support, application security, disaster recovery, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Python, Apigee, Boomi, and enterprise HR applications including iCIMS, Pilat, Vemo, OHM, and AbsenceSoft.
