Summary: The HRIS Analyst Consultant will focus on enhancing payroll and benefits systems within PeopleSoft and ADP Enterprise v6. This role involves documenting functional requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and ensuring system stability after implementation. The consultant will also analyze workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable functional documentation
- Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop UAT test plans and scripts for payroll and benefits processes
- Coordinate and execute UAT with end users
- Track defects and ensure resolution prior to deployment
- Monitor system performance and data integrity after implementation
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
- Provide support and training to end users during stabilization
- Analyze current payroll and benefits workflows in PeopleSoft and ADP Enterprise v6
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance
- Partner with IT and HR teams to implement enhancements
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS and ADP Enterprise v6
- Strong understanding of payroll and benefits administration
