Summary: The HR/Workday Product Manager role involves leading a high-performing team to execute product strategies for Workday's Core HCM Module and related capabilities. The position requires translating complex business needs into actionable deliverables while ensuring seamless integrations with downstream systems. The candidate will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Compensation-related issues. This role is primarily remote with occasional office visits in specified locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a high-performing team of HR product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Execute the product strategy & roadmap for Workday's Core HCM Module. Work can also span across capabilities such as time and attendance, payroll, benefits, or advanced compensation.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables, including technical specifications, epics, and user stories for agile development teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards and Client Technology Services (STS) to design and maintain seamless integrations with downstream systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Stay abreast of Workday releases and feature previews, proactively assessing impact and championing the adoption of relevant enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance, gathering user feedback, and optimizing process efficiency.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for all Workday Compensation-related issues.

- 4 years of technical Workday expertise with HCM, including core functions such as managing personal data, organization structure, business processes, and security.
- Proven success as a Product Owner for technology solutions.
- Experience working on product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and in agile delivery practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
- Proven success aligning product strategy with HR technology and business needs.
