About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled HR Technical Specialist Consultant to assist our team and help us navigate the complexities of our technology stack and HR tools. Responsibilities: Analyse and understand the current technology stack and HR tools used within the organization. Provide expert advice on the integration and optimization of HR technologies to support business objectives. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for HR processes. Conduct thorough assessments of existing HR systems and recommend improvements or new technologies. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR technology enhancements. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Experience Required Requirements: Bachelor s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Technical Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HR tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS) and their integration with other systems. Strong understanding of technology stacks, including databases, cloud services, and software applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Certification in HR technology or related fields is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle HCM/Workday. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates may be required to travel from time to time to a SITA office location depending on location.
