ABOUT THE ROLE For the growth of Global Centers for Entrepreneurship we are planning to hire various Co-Founders around the world. We will handle the recruitment, contract signing and onboarding. We are looking for a HR person who can interview the candidates and explain more about our company, the role and the selection assignment. The role is very flexible. You can decide for yourself when and where you want to work. The results matter the most to us. You can also combine this position with another job or project.

TASKS INCLUDE

  • Scheduling meetings with candidates we share with you
  • Conduct 20 minutes interviews per candidate
  • Summarize the key takeaways from the interview
  • Share the assignment they have to make after the call

REQUIREMENTS Good English communication skills (verbally and written) 3+ years of HR interviewing experience Stable internet connection Professional look & feel during online meetings Capable of working independently Experience with remote working You are registered as freelancer, company or independent contractor or willing to register with our support (for tax and payouts needed).
