HR Systems Coordinator (iTrent Specialist)

Experis' client are looking for an iTrent Developer to join their team for an initial 6-12 month contract, Inside IR35 and predominatly remote, however occassional visits to sit will be needed in the North of Scotland.

This role will support a key HR systems project and requires someone who can quickly become a subject matter expect within the team.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the organisation's iTrent environment, helping to ensure the successful delivery of ongoing HR systems initiatives.

The successful candidate will be expected to work autonomously, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the configuration, maintenance, testing and optimisation of the iTrent platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist support for the iTrent HR system.
• Configuration, maintenance and enhancement of existing iTrent functionality.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Work closely with HR and ICT stakeholders on ongoing system improvements and projects.
• Ensure best practice HR systems processes are followed across the platform.
• Assist with knowledge transfer and documentation where required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with iTrent, ideally having implemented the iTrent Rostering Module.
• Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting iTrent solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently and quickly adapt to an established environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting HR systems projects and system enhancements.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous experience implementing or supporting the iTrent Rostering Module.
• Experience with system setup, upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of HR systems best practice and business process improvement.
