Summary: The HR Systems Analyst IV is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource systems, focusing on employee information and data integrity. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to design and modify HR Information Systems (HRIS) and includes leadership in PeopleSoft initiatives. The analyst also mentors lower-level team members and ensures client satisfaction through effective service delivery. The position is primarily remote with potential onsite meetings in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong leadership role in PeopleSoft initiatives.
  • Act as a lead in all aspects of PS implementations from project initiation through implementation of acquisitions/mergers.
  • Lead system maintenance initiatives including upgrades and patches.
  • Achieve system and change acceptance within Human Resources and throughout the CLIENT network.
  • Provide advice and counsel on technology best practices and educate users on benefits and capabilities.
  • Provide PeopleSoft administrative support based on the assigned module.
  • Develop and implement processes for consistent application of procedures.
  • Lead internal audit processes for data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics and Reporting team to ensure accurate data representation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute HRIS projects, monitoring progress and setting corrective actions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and appropriate service delivery levels.
  • Rotate on-call for Payroll Monday.
  • Communicate and mentor lower-level HR System Analysts.
  • Coordinate end user support activities.
  • Participate in and run meetings throughout the network.
  • Provide go-live support for business areas.
  • Contribute to policy and procedure redesign.
  • Promote teamwork and facilitate communication within teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  • Interact and work with senior management as a high-level specialist.
  • Create test plans and test new systems and modifications.
  • Create and update process system documentation.
  • Act as a back-up for Mgr, HRIS.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Research and utilize technical releases for work and advise other teams.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's level degree or equivalent relevant experience in Computer Science, Human Resources or related field.

Job Summary:
The HR Systems Analyst IV is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource systems activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities, as well as data integrity. This position works with Human Resources, medical center personnel, vendors, and/or internal information systems staff to design new or modify existing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to meet changing requirements. The team members (TMs) in this job are experienced subject matter experts who also mentor the lower-level HR Systems Analysts.
Essential Job Functions:

  • 1. Maintains a strong leadership role in the direction of PeopleSoft initiatives.
  • 2. Acts as a lead in all aspects of PS implementations from project initiation through implementation of acquisitions/mergers.
  • 3. Leads in all system maintenance initiatives including upgrades and patches.
  • 4. Works actively to achieve system and change acceptance, not only within Human Resources, but throughout the CLIENT network.
