Summary: The HR ServiceNow Tech Lead is responsible for leading technical delivery for HRSD projects, ensuring quality execution while collaborating with offshore teams. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for client stakeholders and managing technical inquiries. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to balance technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee technical delivery for HRSD projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Collaborate closely with offshore team members (6 FTEs) and provide day-to-day guidance to the offshore lead.
- Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, including HR partners, application directors, and VPs across multiple applications.
- Participate in backlog grooming sessions, providing both technical input and delivery insights.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including status updates, risks, capacity utilization, and planning metrics.
- Address and resolve technical questions raised by the client and offshore team.
- Conduct capacity planning and resource forecasting to ensure sustainable delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sensitive and high-profile client counterparts.
- Balance technical leadership responsibilities with client-facing delivery management.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in non-internship professional experience.
- 5-7 years of direct HR systems experience (HRSD, HR applications, or related).
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead with client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong background in managing offshore delivery teams and coordinating across time zones.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership (VP-level).
- Demonstrated ability to prepare structured reports, manage capacity planning, and provide delivery oversight.
