Summary: The Project Specialist - Total Rewards role is focused on supporting the People Rewards team in managing compensation, variable pay, and benefits within a global HR transformation project. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to analyze local requirements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow and SuccessFactors, along with a strong background in HR processes. This is a remote, 6-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of global HR processes and templates to support end-to-end solution design.
• Collaborate with global process owners and product owners to assess local requirements and identify necessary local fiscal, legal, and regulatory (LFR) adaptations.
• Provide advisory support on solutions for local business requirements, engaging with internal stakeholders to validate compliance with legal, fiscal, and regulatory standards.
• Lead the preparation and facilitation of fit-to-standard workshops and local design validation workshops with country-specific teams.
• Conduct impact analyses for proposed change requests.
• Drive collaboration across workstreams to ensure project milestones are met.

Key Skills:

• Experience working with HR processes, preferably in Total Rewards, including knowledge of key HR transformation project components.
• Previous experience in transformation projects involving complex requirements.
• Strong advisory experience in defining solutions to business requirements within a global HR transformation setting.
• Ability to work independently in a complex and evolving environment.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and content development for local design initiatives.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills across various workstreams to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Hands-on experience with GlobalView and SuccessFactors (preferred).
• Mandatory experience working with ServiceNow.
