Strategise Globally:  Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our global expansion goals. Compliance:  Liaise with various departments to ensure that contracts, benefits, rewards and salary bandings are in line  Foster Positive Relations:  Manage employee relations and create a supportive work environment across all locations. Report Progress:  Keep senior management informed with regular updates and reports. What We re Looking For: Education:  Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus! Experience:  At least 5 years of HR project management experience, with a focus on international operations. Skills: Exceptional project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Deep knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HR software and project management tools.
