Are you an experienced HR professional with a flair for managing international market expansion projects? We're looking for a dynamic HR Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Location: Remote (with occasional travel to West London once a month and international travel 3-4 weeks per year) Salary: 250 - 300 per day Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage HR projects focused on international market expansion. Develop and implement strategies for salaries, bandings, contracts, and benefits in new markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR policies and practices. Analyse business and people data to inform decision-making and drive project success. Provide expert advice on HR best practices and compliance in international markets. Requirements: Proven experience in managing HR projects, particularly related to international expansion. Strong understanding of salaries, bandings, contracts, and benefits. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual proficiency is highly beneficial. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus. Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to West London once a month and international locations.
