Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Implementation: Liaise between the US Centers of Excellence (COEs) and local People Teams to drive the Firm's people experience strategy.
- Program Management: Actively manage and promote key initiatives focused on well-being, apprenticeship, listening tools, retention, and appreciation & recognition.
- Council Support: Provide strategic and operational support to the AC People Council, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Insights & Reporting: Analyze people data, summarize insights, and make recommendations for strategic actions to senior leadership.
Key Skills:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in HR, People Strategy, Program Management, or a related strategic business role.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and comfort in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) essential for working effectively in a matrix organization.
- Proven ability in storytelling via slide decks to communicate complex data and strategy simply and persuasively.
- Demonstrated capability in identifying and recommending new areas to help drive organizational strategy.

This role is instrumental in driving the firm's people experience strategy forward. You will leverage a consultative approach and strong data analysis skills to design, implement, and manage key programmatic initiatives focused on employee well-being, development, and retention across the US and global teams. This is a strategic, programmatic role, requiring excellent cross-functional collaboration in a complex matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Specialist will focus on strategic delivery and implementation across multiple critical people experience pillars:
- Strategy Implementation: Liaise between the US Centers of Excellence (COEs) and local People Teams across the organization to help drive and deliver the Firm's comprehensive people experience strategy.
- Program Management: Actively manage and promote key initiatives with a primary focus on:
- Well-being: Supporting programs designed to enhance employee physical, mental, and financial health.
- Apprenticeship (On-the-Job Learning): Assisting in the design and deployment of structured development and learning programs.
- Listening Tools: Managing employee surveys and other listening mechanisms to synthesize feedback into clear, actionable data.
- Retention: Developing targeted insights and programmatic recommendations to enhance employee retention rates.
- Appreciation & Recognition: Supporting programs that drive a culture of appreciation and recognition across teams.
- Council Support: Provide strategic and operational support to the AC People Council, ensuring initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
- Insights & Reporting: Analyze people data, summarize key insights, and make compelling recommendations for strategic actions and program adjustments to senior leadership.
Role Considerations- Global Context: Will work in a global setting, necessitating collaboration across various global time zones and cultures. This may require flexibility for some early morning meetings.
- Development Opportunity: Will have direct support from a Senior Director and a distinct opportunity to coach and mentor a Manager-level colleague.
- Organizational Structure: Must be comfortable working in a complex, matrix organization with diverse stakeholder groups.
