A leading Biotechnology company in San Diego, CA are hiring for an HR Operations Specialist to join their team, assisting hiring managers and vendor suppliers on SOP s whilst providing outstanding customer service.

This is an initial 6-month contract role located in San Diego, CA and offers a remote working environment whilst paying a highly competitive rate of between $32.00 - $40.00/ph depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• A skilled individual with at least 2 years of experience working within the contingent workforce area


• Experience in a staffing agency/corporate recruitment environment/managed service provider


• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and/or vendor management systems, prior experience with VNDLY highly preferred


• Strong change management, process management and negotiation skills


• Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP)


• Bachelor s degree required


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
