Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end replacement of a global HR information system, including assessment of the current solution and oversight of design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Manage the project in partnership with business stakeholders, ensuring effective planning, governance, risk management, budget control, resource coordination, and delivery against agreed milestones.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, third-party supplier management, steering committee governance, compliance with security and data protection standards, and successful business adoption through training and change management activities.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects, ideally involving HR systems, within large global organisations and cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated success leading at least one or two full life cycle implementations as an IT Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and Agile project delivery methodologies, including experience working with Jira, user stories, and iterative delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Experience managing external vendors, project dependencies, process harmonisation initiatives, and geographically distributed teams.
- Fluent English language skills, with a strong focus on governance, compliance, data protection, cybersecurity, and organisational change management.
