Key Responsibilities:

This role will focus on documenting business definitions, data elements, metrics, metadata, and data lineage while partnering with HR data owners and stewards across the organization. The position plays a key role in strengthening data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices within a large enterprise environment.

  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks, master/reference data management, and governance processes.
  • Understanding of HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 5,000+ employees.
  • Exposure to finance, corporate, or enterprise data domains is a plus.
