HR Data Analyst (reporting & analytics)

Summary: The HR Business Data Analyst role focuses on enhancing HR reporting and analytics for an international client in Germany. The position involves automating HR solutions and collaborating with various business teams to gather and analyze requirements. Candidates should have experience with SAP BW, SuccessFactors, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud. The role is remote and expected to start in May for a duration of six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve and automate the HR reporting and analytics solution
• Gather and analyze HR business requirements for HR solutions
• Collaborate and communicate with different business teams
• Provide best practice advice on HR metrics reporting and guidance
• Assess, evaluate, and recommend solutions that meet HR reporting requirements
• Develop and manage project plan and milestones
• Document HR processes and standards

• Strong project experience as a Business Data Analyst
• Strong project background in HR projects
• Experience with HR metrics, reporting, and analytics
• Project experience with analyzing complex data sets
• Experience with SAP BW, SuccessFactors, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud preferred
