Summary: The HR Data Analyst role is a remote position focused on delivering insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations for a public sector client in Wales. The analyst will be responsible for developing databases, analyzing complex HR data, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain databases that align with organisational goals, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
- Analyse complex HR and business data, extract key insights, and present findings to stakeholders at all levels to drive informed decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering accurate, actionable reports and insights.
- Identify opportunities to enhance database efficiency and team workflows, supporting HR initiatives with impactful data analysis.
- Present methodologies and insights effectively through written reports and internal presentations.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in HR data analysis, particularly in restructures and Target Operating Models (TOMs).
- Advanced Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint skills, and experience with tools such as SPSS, SAS, Power BI, and Miro.
- Strong ability to collect, organise, and analyse large datasets with attention to detail.
- Clear and persuasive communicator with the confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders.
- A proactive, flexible mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
