Summary: The HR Analyst will facilitate the implementation of UKG by managing historical employee data migration, document uploads, and ensuring data integrity. This role requires collaboration with the People Operations team to maintain accurate and compliant employee records. Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and maintain historical employee records in UKG.
  • Review employee data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Assist with data cleansing activities prior to migration.
  • Validate imported employee data against source systems (BambooHR, ADP, Paycom, etc.).
  • Support testing and audit activities during data conversion cycles.
  • Upload employee documents into UKG personnel files.
  • Organize documents according to established naming conventions and retention guidelines.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure documents are correctly assigned and accessible.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records and document repositories.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Track migration progress and maintain status reports.
  • Support HRIS and People Operations teams with ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Assist with HR system implementation activities and cutover preparation.

Position Summary

The HR Analyst will support the successful implementation of UKG by assisting with historical employee data migration, document uploads, data validation, and HR record management. This role will work closely with the People Operations team to ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and compliant within UKG.
