We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant with expertise in Slovenian Payroll to support our client on a flexible, support-based engagement for 6+ months fully remote.

This is an ad hoc consulting role where the client raises payroll-related tickets as and when support is needed. Work volume is generally light, with a few requests per month, though responsiveness becomes especially important during payroll processing periods, when quick turnaround support may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on Slovenian payroll processes, compliance, and regulations
• Respond to payroll-related support tickets and client queries
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and recommend compliant solutions
• Support payroll processing periods with timely issue resolution
• Advise on legislative updates and payroll best practices in Slovenia

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Slovenian payroll
• In-depth knowledge of local payroll legislation, tax, and statutory requirements
• Ability to provide responsive, on-demand support
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience preferred
