HR Compliance Specialist (Global / EMEA Focus) - 12 month contract - up to £48,400 per annum pro rata

My client is a multinational SaaS company in the financial tech industry with a portfolio of cutting-edge fin-tech and supporting hardware products that allow businesses to grow and thrive and customers to enjoy more choice for funding their purchases.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Compliance Specialist to support global People Operations, with a strong focus on EMEA . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building scalable, compliant processes in international environments.

What you’ll do

  • Own and improve HR compliance processes across multiple regions
  • Identify compliance gaps and drive practical, scalable solutions
